Thank you members of Bhutanese- Nepali Community of Regina for attending our Annual General Meeting on January 20, 2018. The Board of BNCOR presented the annual financial statement of the community of fiscal year 2017. The financial book is closed for 2017 now.

Bhutanese- Nepali Community of Regina would like to extend a Big thanks to all our board members of the year 2017 who committed their time tirelessly for the community. Your hard work and uncountable hours of volunteers for the community will be remembered in a meaningful way in the memory of all the members of our Community.

Many thanks and appreciation for your hard work in which you have contributed and driven the community in many areas in many different capacity. The promised made and the journey set of for achieving common goals of our community. You all succeeded in the role given to you and made whole community smile by engaging them in multiples events and activities throughout the year. The role of our members and member’s family was significant on supporting in every steps of the journey and we would like to thanks all of you who made this.

5th Anniversary and New Year 2018 Celebration December 31, 2017 

Bhutanese-Nepali Community of Regina is hosting its 5th Anniversary and New Year 2018 Celebration on December 31, 2017 from 10:00 am -2:00pm. Please complete the registration form below if you are interested to join with us in the event. The purpose of registration is to make the planning process much easier . Thank you for your interest to joining with us to celebrate our culture. A cup of  tea, water and light snack with free of cost will be served during the event. Bhutanese- Nepali Community of Regina would like to extend big thanks to our members, volunteers , guests and well wisher for joining with us in our 5th Annual Anniversary and New Year Celebration on December 31, 2017.

It was very successful event meaning with many hands working together including our board members, dancers, singers, youth and our valuable member families.
We would like to thank Mr. Meg and his family for providing us space for food preparation. Our Three dedicated Kitchen volunteers Renuka, Sharmalal and Bhanu dai we cannot imagine delicious tea and snack without your hands in the kitchen for hours and hours.Thank you so much for your support.
Mr. Jagan Bhai thanks for providing us Milk and Snack material for the event. Our dedicated youth ,volunteers, dance Facilitator Dhana Koirala and members of our community who have committed their several hours as a volunteer and supported us for making this event grand successful, we would like to say BIG Thanks to you all !
In addition, Bhutanese- Nepali Community of Regina would like to thanks SaskTel for sponsoring this event. We will be calling our Annual General Meeting soon and will brief financial statement as well. We have few pictures posted out of many wonderful performance during the event. Community Bridging and Capacity Building Final Series 

Bhutanese- Nepali Community of Regina is offering its final series of ‘Community Bridging and Capacity Building project from December 2nd – 30th 2017. We encourage our youths and seniors to participate on the given time and dates. Community also would like to thanks Multicultural Council of Saskatchewan for funding this project.

Soccer Event August 23, 2017 

Nepali Society of Southern Saskatchewan is inviting our Bhutanese- Nepali Community of Regina to participate in Fundraiser Soccer game which will be held on September 9, 2017. The venue is 2626 Dewdney avenue Regina, SK and game will start at 3:00pm.
 Regina, Saskatoon and Prince Albert will be participating on this upcoming event.The purpose of event is to raise fund to help for the victims of Flood in Nepal that had happened recently. There will be a donation box set up during the event to raise fund and Nepali Khaja ( snack) will sold during the event.
We encourage our community member to participate in this event and support our soccer team and victims of flood in Nepal. Your kind donation and support will be appreciated.

Teej Festival Celebration.

Bhutanese – Nepali Community of Regina Women’s group is kindly inviting all women/ladies of our community to join and celebrate Teej Festival on August 19, 2017. Please bring the home made food or fruits during the event. There will be some musical entertainment/dance during the event.

Please join us to celebrate this event. This is also an opportunity to get together and know each other better. Together we can make it success !

Community Bridging and Capacity Building Project :August 9, 2017

Bhutanese Nepali Community will continue its community bridging and capacity building project starting from the August 2017. Please see the dates, time and location for the activities scheduled for fall. Location :2626  Dewdney Avenue Regina ,SK ( Recreation Center  large meeting room)Dates: August 26, 2017  ( Saturday ) ,September 9, 2017 ( Saturday ) , September 16 , 2017 ( Saturday ), September 23, 2017 ( Saturday ) October 7, 2017  ( Saturday)  October 14, 2017  ( Saturday) October 21, 2017  ( Saturday)  We encourage our members family to participate in the upcoming activities by encouraging our youth and children. Your participation in the event and donation to Diabetes association was much appreciated. Executive committee would like to extend a big thanks to everyone who supported in different capacity  and made the event amazing!

Canada 150 Celebration

Bhutanese- Nepali Community of Regina Celebrated Canada 150 on July 1, 2017. The community also made a donation to Diabetes Canada in order to support the communities who are in need. Community also organized  high school graduate appreciation program for the members who were graduated from high school in 2016 and 2017.

In addition, cultural entertainment was provided throughout the event with Nepali tradition dance and musics. Around 200 audiences attended the event including many representative from other diverse communities. Light snack ,water and tea was served to the audience with no cost during the event.
